Order Cancellation Policy

Once access to the course has been granted, no orders can be cancelled. 

If no one has accessed the trainings at all, orders may be cancelled within 24 hours (i.e., course access not sent from HRSD Skill team). 

Once you have raised refund request, allow us at least a business day to make a decision and it will take 1-3 business days for the refund to be processed once we have accepted your refund.
