Visit the HRD Training website, select the desired certification course from the homepage or dropdown menu, and click on the course link. You'll be redirected to the product page, where you can click "Buy Now" and make the payment to register. Upon payment, you'll receive credentials to access the course on the Learning Dashboard.
After completing your training, there will be a small exam with multiple-choice questions. You can take this exam at any time after finishing your training. If you score 60% or higher, you can download your certificate from the "MY Certificate" section, and your certification will be recorded in the HRDC database. If you don't achieve a 60% score, you have two additional attempts to retake the exam.

They provide services allowing individuals to showcase their skills to potential employers. Many employers select certified professionals from the verified skill database to meet their hiring needs.
Candidates have three attempts to pass the exam. If the first attempt is unsuccessful, two more attempts are available. However, it's worth noting that 95% of candidates successfully pass on their first attempt.
You can download your certificate from the "MY Certificate" section on the Learning Dashboard. The certificate can be downloaded only after successfully passing the exam with a minimum score of 60%.
